Artistic Producer

Kevin is proud to be entering his 26th season with A.D. Players, where he continues to lend his talents as an actor and director.  Recent appearances include Crime and Punishment 2026, The Foreigner, The Play that Goes Wrong, Apollo 8, Around the World in 80 Days, Best of Enemies, Harvey, You Can’t Take it with You, 12 Angry Men and The Beams are Creaking.  He directed To Kill a Mockingbird, the inaugural production at the Jeannette and L.M. George Theater as well as the World Premier productions of A Texas Carol, which he co-wrote with Jayme McGhan and The Hiding Place.  Other directing credits include How to Die: the life of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Dear Jack, Dear Louise, Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner, It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play, Barefoot in the Park, The Jungle Book and The Hobbt.  Fun fact: Mr. Dean has co-written two Lifetime movies: A Woman Betrayed and The Preacher’s Sin.  When not at the theater, Kevin enjoys spending time with Jennifer, his bride of over 20 years, their daughter Livey and pooch Elloise.
