Before You Buy...

New Customers

Once you have decided upon a purchase, you will be required to create a new profile before completing your purchase.
Returning Customers
Due to a recent update in our Ticketing Software, all existing customers are required to reset their password. If you have reset your password since January 2010, please disregard the following information.
Click on the "forgot password" button. In the window that pops up after you click the "forgot password" button, there is a line of text at the top that reads:
"Instructions on re-setting your password have been sent to your email account."
1. MINIMIZE THIS WINDOW!
- You DO NOT need to click on the hyperlink that instructs you to "click here to open the password reset page."
- You DO NOT need to type anything in the fields in the window that would appear if you were to click on the hyperlink.
2. Open a new tab in your browser and go to the email account that is connected to your A. D. Players account. You will have received an email from boxoffice@adplayers.org.
3. Please click on the link provided in the email.
- This will open up a new tab/window in your browser and there you will see three fields.
- One will have your email address already filled in. Please type in a new password in the next field and confirm the new password in the following field.
- Once your password has met the complexity requirements, the "OK" button will activate and after you click it, this will take you to your account summary page. If account summary page does not appear, click on my account in the upper right corner and log-in again. Make sure your contact information is correct before making your desired show purchase.
4. One final note: Please sign in/reset your password BEFORE you select tickets you would like to buy. If you do not, then you will have to wait 15 min. for the seats you previously selected to be released in order for you to select them again and complete your purchase.

Password Complexity Requirements

Please note, all passwords must meet the following complexity requirements:
A. - Your new password cannot be the same as the user name.
B. - Your new password must be at least ten characters in length. Your new password must contain both alphabetic and numeric characters.
